We had a wonderful experience at Rixos Hotel. Initially, we had booked a one-night stay, but we were so impressed that we extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel is truly one of the best in the city. The breakfast was delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were many activities to enjoy, such as swimming in the pool, relaxing in the spa, or having a cigar at the White Horse Bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are considering extending it even further.

The hotel is very nice and ornately decorated inside. The atrium is beautiful. The pool was great for the kids, especially given the windy and rainy weather we had. Our bedroom was a large family suite on the 5th floor. It was mostly very comfortable.

first day I really like it how they welcome us then next day I checked out because I had things to do in another city and I back to hotel because I was really really happy to see the service there and the hotel it’s self very beautiful and the General manager who have been so welcomed us in our second stay there because I went to to them and I told him everything with what I’m not happy

A high standard facility. Great restaurant in the hotel, excellent breakfast. SPA center at a high level. Very comfortable rooms, high class interiors, spacious with very comfortable beds. Operations Manager Mr. Musa - a real professional, a perfect organizer, very helpful and cultured. Mr. Musa is a model of professionalism and high standard of work. Thank you Mr. MUSA - I owe you wonderful moments in the hotel! Thank you very much - I will return to this hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless and comfy, and the location was perfect. Great amenities, delicious food, and superb service. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back
